Comment on Education Scotland's College Sector Report
Commenting on Education Scotland’s College sector overview report 2022 to 2023, Shona Struthers, Chief Executive of Colleges Scotland, said:
“Education Scotland’s latest report by HM Inspectors provides useful insights into how colleges have coped with the impact of the pandemic and delivered for students and employers.
“In their work, Education Scotland’s inspectors’ found that colleges showed a real commitment to supporting students and had the flexibility to quickly adapt to the changing needs of students and businesses.
“There is always room for improvement and adequate sustainable funding is vital for ensuring that colleges can continue to meet the needs of individuals, communities and the economy.”
